Graduated in Psychology by the University of Salamanca (Spain), Paula decided to take her father’s steps and pursue a career in health and fitness qualifying as a L3 Personal Trainer, L4 Strength and Conditioning coach and L4 Yoga instructor.
She has been in the fitness industry for nearly a decade and has helped over 100s clients to achieve their fitness and mindset goals using a holistic approach that combines fitness, nutrition and postural alignment for exercise.
